Reasonable Software House Limited has released NoClone 2007 (v4.1.11) with the two new powerful and exciting features – Finding similar files and Finding duplicate Outlook emails. Apart from the existing function of finding exact duplicate files, NoClone 2007 helps user find similar files and find duplicate Outlook emails. Finding Similar Files / Grouping

Finding duplicate files can free users’ disk space, but it is not enough because sometimes documents of different version are not exact duplicates. NoClone 2007 allows users to scan for similar files instead of true byte-by-byte comparison to uncover more suspected duplicate files. This feature can check similarity between files regardless of file size. NoClone 2007 can check content similarity between Office documents like Word doc but not down-sampled images and mp3 with different sampling rate.

Uncover more "duplicates"; recover more valuable disk space

Rather than buying a new hard drive which costs much, NoClone helps users to recover more valuable disk space. Users can uncover different versions of documents, spreadsheets, mp3 and photos. In most corporate environment, NoClone 2007 can classify similar files in shared folders on server.

Finding Duplicate Outlook Emails

Users can choose 'duplicate email' in the search template and scan for duplicate email and perform corresponding action like deletion and moving to other mail folders. Smart marker is also enhanced to support scanning result of duplicate emails.  After installation, users can access NoClone from Outlook.

Other improvements of NoClone includes Shell context menu: Right-click folders to start NoClone with select folder and Column sorting in search result is back.
